Вообщем 3-ий параметр это и есть MAC ! Но он не в читаемом виде
Вот как можно его перевести в строку, делал на скорую руку, поэтому код корявый

local mac,i,a
a:=HWINFONETADAPTERS()
mac:=''
for i:=1 to 6
mac:=mac+ntoc(asc(byterightsh(substr(a[1][3],i,1),4)),16,1,"0")+ntoc(Asc(byterightsh(byteleftsh(substr(a[1][3],i,1), 4), 4)),16,1,"0")
next
sayandwait(mac)
