Не, я все-таки решил, что в аксессе разобраться проще, чем в фокспро.
Нарисовал свою примочку, она кроме списков еще и текстовый файл формирует. Учитывая, что у нас 4 предприятия и отпускные с авансами по 3 раза в месяц бывают - быстро получается.

Доделаю внешний вид - могу поделить
